2,000 kg Pallet Leveller and Positioner—PL2000P

The PL2000P 2,000 kg Pallet Leveller and Positioner is a self-levelling spring platform designed to keep the top layer of a pallet at a comfortable working height as goods are loaded or removed.

Its spring-loaded scissor mechanism automatically raises the platform as the load becomes lighter, reducing the need for operators to repeatedly bend and reach down to floor level. The integrated 1,110 mm rotating turntable provides 360° access to the pallet, allowing operators to reach goods from all sides without walking around the load.

With an adjustable 200–2,000 kg load capacity, the PL2000P is suitable for a wide range of pallet handling, picking and production applications.

Ergonomic Pallet Handling

Repeatedly bending down to access goods at floor level can make pallet picking slower and more physically demanding. The PL2000P automatically adjusts its height as the pallet load changes, helping keep the active layer of goods at a more consistent working height.

The rotating platform also reduces the need to stretch across pallets or walk around them. Operators can rotate the load to bring the required goods within easy reach.

Easy to Reposition

The PL2000P incorporates 170 × 50mm fork pockets, allowing a standard pallet jack to reposition the leveller when required. This makes it suitable for workplaces where pallet handling stations need to be moved or reconfigured.
