Strongarm Hoist

The Strongarm S4HW is designed to be statically bolted to a concrete floor such as a loading bay.

Hand winch is low geared to ensure loads can be raised without too much effort.

Geared hand slewing of the mast allows for controlled rotation of the mast, giving precise positioning of the load.

Fold down when you have finished to stop people bumping their heads.

Maintenance

For a moderately used machine, the following schedule should be carried out at a maximum 12-month interval:

Grease both nipples fitted to the cable pulleys in the lifting arm. Grease the gear teeth on the worm wheel at the point of interference with the slew gear.

Grease the drive gear/s and pinion in the hand winch where applicable.

The Palift resembles a scissor lift table in appearance.  It has a top deck and a base connected by a pair of scissor legs.  The levelling mechanism is a set of springs and is set to the weight and height (the density) of the product.  From then on the levellers work automatically and raise or lower as the weight changes.  The load setting is a simple process and for most users springs never have to be changed.  A shock absorber is used to prevent any bounce.  Australian manufactured Palifts are supplied with a standard galvanized finish.

The DC Trolleys offer 100 – 250Kgs of lifting force at the push of a button.  It eliminates the

need for pumping and provides users with a safe, clean, powered lift that is quiet and quick. 

The DC Trolleys use a linear actuator and a Safetech developed battery box that can power

up to 150 lifts perday (depending on the weight lifted).

Ideal for office or factory use the BATTERY POWERED POWERLIFT TROLLEY has been designed to provide safe, mobile lifting at the press of a button. It uses an electric linear actuator rather than hydraulics to power the lift which makes the units quiet and clean to operate without any risk of hydraulic fluid leaks or contamination. The non-marking polyurethane tyres are rounded to enhance mobility and manoeuvrability.

The actuator is powered by two sealed batteries and holds more than enough charge for a full days work.  The battery can power up to 150 lifts, depending on how the trolley is used.  If you have a very heavy-duty cycle or have continuous shifts, a second battery box can be purchased.

Great care has been taken to ensure that the Powerlift is comfortable and safe to use.  The handle height suits the Australian population and is at the right angle to allow the user to stride out comfortably.  The width to height ratio ensures good stability.  Spacing between the legs eliminates dangerous shear points.

Rated at IP66, the mechanism can withstand a powerful jet of water and is dust tight.  In hospitals and food preparation areas, where wash-down routines are important, the battery box, which is not protected, can be removed in seconds.
