By CORROSION FREE we mean free of corrosion under normal industrial conditions. We specify the materials used. If the application is a severe one, we ask you to consider carefully the suitability of these materials. If in any doubt, please refer to the factory with the full application details.

Chemical resistance of materials used in castors and wheels

The castors and wheels we make have worked well for many years in many uses and places around the world. However, sometimes you may want to apply them in places far more corrosive than the usual industrial environment.
We lay out here what can be expected from some of the more severe chemicals used, and ask that if you are to use our products under severe use you write to the factory with full details and we will be pleased to advise you.
