Wheels
The 'Q' series offers 4 types of wheels to cover most institutional and
commercial applications up to 360Kg (per set of 4).
2 styles of bearing are offered:
Precision - quiet running, low friction, maintenance free. The best option
where trolleys do a lot of traveling.
Plain - moulded from low friction material, these are used where moisture
may be encountered.
Fitted as standard with a stainless steel axle bush - no rust, no squeak.
plain bearings not available on 175 or 200mm wheels.
Threadguards are fitted as standard to 125 and are options in 150, 175 and
200mm. To distinguish between precision and plain bearings - mid grey for
precision, dark grey for plain. |

Rubber - 'MTQ', 'MTA', 'QTQ' round profile |
|
| This
round profile, non-marking tyre is used mainly on carpet - the smaller footprint
means less pull at pile. Its rounded profile also gives it slightly better
resilience than the flat profile (above). Marginally higher wear rate. |
