Bolt Hole "QCH" top
Use a 12mm bolt up into a screwed socket welded into the leg, or use a bolt and nut through an adequately strong base.

Rigid castors on the front of a trolley make it easier to steer. Swivel and rigid castor plates have the same mounting dimensions.
Always ensure trolley base is strong enough to withstand strains. Never skimp on the mounting base. Never mount by 3 bolts only.
