Privacy Policy
The Privacy Act since 1990 has regulated business credit and related private information. It has recently been widened to regulate how organisations:
• collect, store, use and disclose personal information about individuals
• allow access to information and allow corrections to the information

Fallshaws are required to keep employment related personal information, and our established policy and practices ensure these are kept secure, and only used for approved purposes. Employees may see, and if appropriate, correct their own records. Other parties do not have access unless required by law.

Other information required by us is contained on the Application for Credit form that the individual must fill out and the purpose of the information is clear from that form. An individual (or business) with an account with us may see their account information. If an individual wishes to trade anonymously they will need to pay in advance by EFT or credit card.

Fallshaws only collect personal information from other individuals to the extent credit is required. Information for credit purposes is accessed from Baycorp Advantage Ltd (www.baycorpadvantage.com), and that information can be checked by the individual concerned by contacting them at +61 2 9464 6000.

We do not sell or give personal information to other parties except with your permission (eg your name and address to a distributor) or if legally required (eg tax authorities). We do not send personal information overseas.
